So many of the everyday things people eat (even many foods that people think are “health” foods – cheerios, whole wheat bagels, and others) are not that great for us. It’s easy to make simple changes like the ones in this article – and many others. For example, decide to make a change with breakfast. And I don’t mean get the Egg McMuffin instead of the Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit. Try a homemade smoothie each morning.
