This one concerns super-foods, foods that are especially rich in important nutrients. I am just getting into the world of super health through good nutrition. The only one of these that I have tried is the coconut in its various forms; meat, milk, and oil. And I have a bag of chia seeds coming in the mail right now. I have become fascinated lately about the power of what you put in your body. Our bodies are not meant to eat many of the “foods” in the modern western diet. By learning and practicing real health through nutrition we can be healthy, live long lives, and stay disease free. Illnesses and chronic diseases are not random horrible occurances.
